Field Report: 2013 Pinniped Research and Management Activities at and below Bonneville Dam

This letter summarizes activities conducted under the Marine Mammal Protection Act Section 120 lethal removal authority granted to the States of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho by the NOAA Fisheries on March 15, 2012 to reduce California sea lion (CSL) predation on threatened and endangered Columbia River salmonids.
