Analysis of MicroRNAs in Apis cerana larvae in Response to Chinese Sacbrood Virus (CSBV) Infection

In order to study the changes of MicroRNAs(miRNA) expression profile in <em>Apis cerana</em> larvae infected with CSBV, the function of differential miRNAs (DEmiRNAs) in <em>Apis cerana</em> larvae responding to CSBV was investigated. In this study, Illumina high-throughput sequencing of <em>Apis cerana</em> larvae in infected CSBV 24h and 48h,analyzed DEmiRNAs and its target genes by bioinformatics software, and performed GO functional annotation and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. The sequencing results were validated by RT-qPCR.
