This study investigates the transcriptomic landscape of the nematode-trapping fungus Arthrobotrys oligospora following deletion of the APSES-family transcription factor gene AoMbp1. Wild-type (WT) and AoMbp1 strains were cultured on YPSSA medium at 28 degrees Celsius for 6 days, with mycelia harvested in triplicate for RNA sequencing.
