胶质瘤甲基化数据分析

胶质瘤是一种源自脑内神经胶质细胞的肿瘤。甲基化的分析流程，主要识别和量化基因组中甲基化位点的变化，包括了质控、去接头、比对参考基因组、差异碱基化区域的筛选以及对应的注释、结合转录组的数据进行联合分析和结果可视化。其中比对的方法涉及到两种方法bismark和bsmap。

Glioma is a type of tumor originating from glial cells in the brain. The methylation analysis pipeline primarily identifies and quantifies methylation alterations at genomic loci, encompassing quality control (QC), adapter trimming, alignment to the reference genome, screening of differentially methylated regions (DMRs) and their functional annotation, integrated analysis combined with transcriptomic data, and final result visualization. Two alignment tools, Bismark and BSMAP, are utilized in the alignment process.
