本数据库含基础信息、检查参数、影像特征、质量控制四大模块，采用标准化数据录入 + 一致性校验算法保障完整性与可追溯性。<br/>1、基础信息模块：以唯一编号标识 18-65 岁人群，记录姓名、性别、年龄；健康状态需填写无既往病史、无干扰用药史，附正常体检报告编号，排除疾病干扰。<br/>2、检查参数模块：记录 CZT 设备型号、探头类型及检查时间；规范⁹⁹ᵐTc-MIBI 注射剂量、静息 / 负荷双状态采集方案，明确矩阵大小、放大倍数等采集参数，确保技术标准化。<br/>3、影像特征模块：定性评估各壁灌注均匀、心腔大小正常、肺摄取无异常；量化指标需满足 SRS=0、SSS=0，LVEF 50%-70%，17 段节段计数值分布均匀，同步记录 EDV、ESV。<br/>4、质量控制模块：图像质量需达 “优” 级（无伪影、轮廓清晰），关联仪器日 / 周检编号，留存医师签名及报告日期。<br/>核心算法：采用一致性校验算法，对各模块数据逻辑关联校验（如年龄区间、灌注评分阈值、质量评级标准），自动筛查异常录入，保障数据精准可追溯。 5、报告日期：总计66条

This database includes four modules: basic information, examination parameters, imaging features, and quality control. Standardized data entry and consistency verification algorithms are employed to ensure data integrity and traceability.
1. Basic Information Module: Individuals aged 18–65 are identified via unique identification numbers, with their name, gender, and age recorded. For health status, subjects must have no prior medical history or interfering medication history, and attach a normal physical examination report number to exclude disease-related interference.
2. Examination Parameters Module: Records include CZT equipment model, probe type, and examination time; the injection dose of 99mTc-MIBI, the acquisition protocol for dual rest/stress states, and acquisition parameters including matrix size and magnification factor are standardized to guarantee technical standardization.
3. Imaging Features Module: Qualitative assessment covers uniform perfusion of each ventricular wall, normal cardiac chamber size, and no abnormal pulmonary uptake; quantitative indicators must meet SRS=0, SSS=0, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of 50%–70%, uniform distribution of count values across the 17-segment model, and end-diastolic volume (EDV) and end-systolic volume (ESV) are synchronously recorded.
4. Quality Control Module: Image quality must reach the "excellent" grade (no artifacts, clear contours), linked to the instrument's daily and weekly inspection numbers, with the physician's signature and report date retained.
