Incremental and bulk stable isotopic dataset from Craig-Atkins, E., Towers, J., & Beaumont, J. 2018. The role of infant life histories in the construction of identities in death: An incremental isotope study of dietary and physiological status among children afforded differential burial. American Journal of Physical Anthropology 167 (3): 644-55. This dataset provides the raw isotopic data generated for Craig-Atkins et al. 2018. It can be downloaded in .xlsx and .csv format. The files comprise stable isotopic δ15N and δ13C values obtained from serial samples of teeth and bulk analysis of rib tissue from 86 medieval perinate and infant skeletons from four archaeological assemblages: Raunds Furnells, Northants; Cherry Hinton, Cambs; Spofforth, N Yorks; and Black Gate, Newcastle, Tyne and Wear.
