Dataset for "Inter‐individual variation in honey bee dance intensity correlates with expression of the foraging gene"

This contains the data obtained from the behavioural experiments and the gene expression studies done for the manuscript "Inter‐individual variation in honey bee dance intensity correlates with expression of the foraging gene".
There are 2 CSV files. The first file contains the different parameters of all 110 individual foragers observed in the behavioural experiments. The Foraging Intensity (Trips), Number of Dances, Number of Dance Circuits, Dance Probability, Dance Intensity and the Gustatory Response Score for the different feeder conditions are provided, along with the information of the colony to which the forager belonged to.
The second file contains the gene expression data of the 3 genes of interest quantified. The dance circuits, gustatory response scores and the relative gene expression values for the different genes of interest as well as the replicate number is provided.
