Cytokine and chemokine secretion induced in human DCs by MV-EDIII and MV-EDIII-ectoM.

Cytokine/chemokine production determined by multiplex assay in supernatants of human DCs incubated in presence of MV-EDIII or MV-EDIII-ectoM (16h incubation). Results are from four independent experiments performed with four different donors. Production levels are indicated as :(-) basal production by mock-treated DCs(+) less than twofold increase compared to mock-treated DCs(++) more than threefold increase compared to mock-treated DCs(+++) more than fourfold increase compared to mock-treated DCs
