We present a complete framework where all fundamental constants emerge as dynamic fields in Twistor-Entropic-Born-Infeld-Kaluza-Kleingravity with β-regularization (Twistor-EBIKK-β). The model predicts: logarithmic evolution of the entropic scale Tent(t) ∼ t −1, topological stabilization of the twistor parameter κ(t) through instanton effects, andBorn-Infeld β-induced enhancement of nonlinear system stability by 2-4 orders of magnitude. Solar System tests confirm the temporal variation G/G ˙ ≈ 10−14 yr−1 while increasing orbital Lyapunov timescales by 300% compared to General Relativity.
