To identify differentially expressed small noncoding RNAs downstream of Pkd2 mutations that may regulate early cyst growth, we used tamoxifen-inducible CAG-Cre to induce Pkd2 deletion at postnatal day 2 and compared to wild-type mice at postnatal day 6 and 10. We then performed miRNA profiling analysis using data obtained from sequencing small RNA from whole mouse kidneys. Comparative miRNA expression profiling analysis of small RNA-seq data for Pkd2 deleted mouse kidneys vs wild-type.
