Comparative analysis of N-Mixture and Distance Sampling methods for population abundance and density estimation

"Clean_Function.R" represents the main function created for simulation purposes. "Jobs_Large_1/2/3" represents scripts that run over a third of the simulation parameter matrix, and could be used to test the function. The "Job_Full" scripts represent one run over the entire set of parameters, with the number describing the corresponding seed. "df_complete" represents the output of all the simulations run."NoMove_Sim" represents the output of the auxiliary simulation with fixed animal positions. "Clean_Code" is the code for the main analysis and the relative plots, and "Script_for_Images" the script for all the auxiliary images. Since some parts of the analyses can be computationally intensive (model training, SHAP computation, etc.), the *.pkl files shared allow the reviewers to load the computed SHAP values for the models.
