Temperature and Salinity mooring data from Måseskär 2015

A mooring with 3 Seabird SBE37 CT loggers and 6 SBE56 T loggers was placed outside Måseskär on the Swedish west coast, postition N58.084 , E11.268, at 48 m depth, from  2015-01-27 to 2015-03-12. The instruments were set up to log data with 10 min intervals.

The mooring_maas.mat file is a matlab file that contains processed data in the shape of a struct array DATA with fields:

t: time (Matlab datenum, number of decimal days since January 0, 0000)

T: Temperature (ITS-90, deg. C)

C: Conductivity (S/m)

P: Pressure (db)

S: Practical Salinity (PSU)

Znom: Nominal depth, i.e. approximate depth for constant sea level and vertical mooring line (m)

Z: Approximate actual deph based on pressure sensors (m)

Note that the vertical positions vary quite a lot due to the tilting action of current drag on the mooring.
