Lightweaver RH Comparison Data

This repository contains the data presented in the Lightweaver Technical
Report. It amounts to the data (and scripts) used to generate the plots,
including the configuration files used for the two codes, as well as a
description of the timing procedure and the timing results used to generate
the tables.

Data:
- TimingInfo.txt: Description of the timing procedure used.
- RhConfigAndOutput: The configuration files and output from the RH runs.
- LwTimedTest.py: The script used to time Lightweaver.
- RhComparison.png: The plot shown in Fig. 1.
- RhComparison.py: The script to generate Fig. 1.
- RhComparisonData.npz: The data necessary to reproduce Fig. 1 in a very
  basic python environment without either RT code (numpy compressed format,
  can be read with np.load).
- RhTimingData_1.csv: Single-threaded RH timing data. (Comma separated value,
  with one row of header)
- RhTimingData_8.csv: Multi-threaded RH timing data. (Comma separated value,
  with one row of header)
- LwTimingData_1.csv: Single-threaded Lightweaver timing data. (Comma
  separated value, with one row of header)
- LwTimingData_8.csv: Multi-threaded Lightweaver timing data. (Comma
  separated value, with one row of header)
- PrintTimingStats.py: Simple script used to compute the averages presented
  in the paper.
