Online purchase abandonment due to checkout process 2021

In a survey released in early 2021, half of U.S. consumers reported abandoning online purchases because the checkout process was too slow and/or complicated. Meanwhile, 49 percent of respondents in Mexico said the same, while in Canada, it was 40 percent.
