Sequencing data of 35 Saccharomyces cerevisiae isolates associated with beer brewing

We sequenced 35 Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains using long- and short-read sequencing methods to study the genomic architecture of beer brewing isolates. Long-read sequencing was performed using the Oxford Nanopore Sequencing strategy (MinION) on all 35 strains and short-read sequencing using Illumina.
