This is data represented in the Annual Enforcement Report, pursuant to Texas Water Code Section 5.126, and published each December following the end of the fiscal year.
Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEPs) are environmentally beneficial projects that a respondent agrees to undertake in settlement of an enforcement action. Dollars directed to TCEQ-approved environmental projects may be used to offset assessed penalties in enforcement actions.
本数据集系根据德克萨斯州水法第5.126节的规定，在财政年度结束后的每年12月发布的年度执法报告中的数据构成。补充环境项目（SEPs）是指受调查方同意在执法行动中实施的环境效益项目。向经德克萨斯州环境质量委员会（TCEQ）批准的环境项目所投入的资金，可用于抵消执法行动中评估的罚款。
