Effect of iodide ions on gene expression during M1 polarization of RAW264.7 macrophages.

To study the effect of iodide ions on the M1 polarization of macrophages, we chose the RAW264.7 cell line. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different groups. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling of RNA-seq data from Mock group cells, M1 polarized group cells and M1 polarized plus iodide ion group cells.
