POLICY OF DECENTRALIZATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN UZBEKISTAN: RESULTS AND PROSPECTS

This article examines Uzbekistan’s public administration decentralization strategy and its future prospects. It highlights key reforms based on administrative changes and presidential decrees, including improving the efficiency of state bodies, increasing institutional independence, promoting public-private partnerships, and adopting digital technologies. The study also covers efforts to strengthen local governance, enhance citizen participation, and ensure transparency and accountability.
