RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, WGBS, and CUT&RUN of urothelial cells isolated from Naive, Resolved, and Sensitized C3H/HeN mice. Mus musculus strain:C3H/HeN | isolate:Naive; Resolved; Sensitized

Urothelial stem cells (USCs) isolated from C3H/HeN mice with different infection histories (Naive, Resolved, and Sensitized) were used to perform RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, WGBS, and CUT&RUN for comparison. In addition, we have performed RNA-seq using USCs of Juvenile (8 week old) C3H/HeN mice as comparators for age differences. RNA-seq was also performed with Naive, Resolved, and Sensitized differentiated urothelia (differentiated from USCs).
