Biogeochemical cycling in coastal sediments of the eutrophic Stockholm Archipelago Raw sequence reads

Here, we release metagenomic as well as 16S rRNA gene sequencing data obtained from coastal sediments of the Stockholm Archipelago. Data represent microbial communities at different sediment depths in three locations: Site 3 (Sandofjarden), with oxic bottom waters, Site 5 (Lilla Vartan), with seasonally hypoxic bottom waters, and Site 7 (Skurusundet), with generally euxinic bottom waters.
