The dataset includes:- Active and passive IRT thermal data- Different heating temperatures and heating durations- Dry and wet moisture conditions- Delamination defects with different sizes, depths, and thicknesses- Raw temperature matrix data The dataset is designed for physics-informed deep learning-based defect detection and thermal response analysis.
