Original dataset and model for "Impacts of physical mixing combined with biological activity on spatiotemporal evolution of CO2 uptake within the plume discharged from the Changjiang River in the summer of 2016"
The nutrient inputs are obtained from the World Ocean Atlas Global dataset for biogeochemical PISCES data (WOAPISCES, https://www.croco-ocean.org/download/). The satellite datasets used for validation were obtained from NASA’s Soil Moisture Active Passive (SMAP, https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/SMAP?sections=data), from the Operational Sea Surface Temperature and Ice Analysis (OSTIA, https://data.marine.copernicus.eu/product/SST_GLO_SST_L4 _NRT_OBSERVATIONS_010_001/services), and the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer/Aqua (MODIS/Aqua, https://coastwatch.pfeg.noaa.gov/erddap/griddap/erdMH1chlamday_R2022NRT.html), respectively.
