Effects of nitrogen stress and nitrogen form ratios on bacterial community

Under the background of increased soil nitrogen stress and a highly heterogeneous distribution environment, we investigated the similarities and differences in the composition and diversity of bacteria in root surface and rhizosphere of two major subtropical tree species in China. The aim is to provide comprehensive insights into the rational mixing of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Schimasuperba. And to provide a scientific basis for rational fertilization of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen for the two major tree species and improve soil nitrogen use efficiency under the nitrogen deficiency environments.
