Additional file 16. Number of differentially expressed biomarker genes obtained by comparison of expression levels at each time point before visual veraison and next one, until visual veraison. Each time point is expressed as days before visual veraison. Number of early â biomarkersâ of veraison transition as defined in [48] found as differentially expressed across intervals are given. The interval across which the highest number of biomarkers was differentially expressed represents the timing when early transcriptomic rearrangement associated to the veraison starts to occur in each year.
