To identify steep slope areas where development is prohibited under the Highlands Affordable Housing RMP Amendment 2024 in the Highlands Region using LiDAR derived elevation data, slopes of greater than 20% grade are selected from the NJGIN LiDAR-derived DEM (2018), resampled to a resolution of 50 x 50 feet to align with the Regional Master Plan (RMP), and vectorized for resource constraint calculations.
