危及器官自动勾画数据集

危及器官勾画数据集包含了头颈部及胸腹部危及器官数据，各部位数据均含有肿瘤的影像数据、真实标签、第一次预测分割结果、第二次预测分割结果的20例数据，均为CT影像数据。其中头颈数据集来自公开数据库PDDCA，包含脑干、视交叉、左腮腺、右腮腺、左颌下腺、右颌下腺六类危及器官；胸腹部数据来自数据库TCIA，包含脾脏、肾、胆囊、食道、肝脏、胃、胰腺、十二指肠这八类危及器官。

The Organs-at-Risk (OAR) Segmentation Dataset encompasses head-and-neck and thoraco-abdominal OAR datasets. Each regional dataset contains 20 cases, with each case including tumor imaging data, ground truth labels, first predicted segmentation results, and second predicted segmentation results, all in CT imaging format.
The head-and-neck subset is derived from the public database PDDCA, covering six types of OARs: brainstem, optic chiasm, left parotid gland, right parotid gland, left submandibular gland, and right submandibular gland.
The thoraco-abdominal subset is derived from the TCIA database, covering eight types of OARs: spleen, kidney, gallbladder, esophagus, liver, stomach, pancreas, and duodenum.
