This study investigates the transcriptomic consequences of APC (Adenomatous Polyposis Coli) manipulation in two distinct cellular models:HEK293T cells: RNA interference-mediated knockdown of Full-length APC (Full-APC).SW480 cells: CRISPR/Cas9-mediated knockout of Truncated APC (Trunc-APC), an endogenous mutant form characteristic of colorectal cancer.By comparing RNA-seq profiles between these models, we aim to elucidate the differential roles of Full-APC versus Trunc-APC in regulating global gene expression, with potential implications for understanding APC-dependent signaling pathways in normal and cancerous contexts.
