Site-level environmental parameters and model calibration data for the FvCB and P models

This dataset provides site-level environmental and model parameters used for model calibration and analysis. It includes the maximum carboxylation rate at 25 °C (Vcmax25) from the FvCB model and the intrinsic quantum yield efficiency (kphio) from the P model, together with key environmental variables such as leaf area index (LAI), atmospheric CO₂ concentration (CO₂), absorbed fraction of photosynthetically active radiation (fAPAR), air temperature (Tair), vapor pressure deficit (VPD), soil water content (SWC), photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD), and absorbed PAR (APAR).Each record corresponds to a single flux tower site.This dataset was used for cross-model comparison and environmental sensitivity analyses.
