This dataset contains the complete, reproducible observational test suite supporting Light Frame Cadence Theory. It comprises nine distinct observational regimes used to evaluate the framework across galactic, extragalactic, and cosmological contexts. Each regime represents an independent, population-locked observational test drawn from publicly available astronomical surveys. The archive is strictly descriptive: no parameter fitting, model optimization, or comparative model evaluation is performed. All results are reported using invariant summaries, per-object tables, and binned statistics derived directly from the declared source data. The nine regimes span a wide range of physical scales and observational domains, including: galaxy rotation curves (SPARC), ultra-faint dwarf galaxies, wide binary stellar systems, high-redshift star-forming galaxies, molecular gas depletion at cosmic noon, strong gravitational lensing time delays, precision pulsar timing, supernova environmental effects, and large-scale supernova distance–redshift structure. External datasets are either redistributed in clearly marked data_external/ directories with provenance notes, or cited explicitly where used but not redistributed. Derived products are isolated within regime folders and suite-level summaries are provided separately to preserve traceability. Each regime includes: a concise README describing scope and data usage, one or more data notes documenting selection, locking, and processing steps, derived per-object and summary tables, and (where applicable) locked population definitions. This archive is intended as a permanent observational record supporting independent inspection, replication, or reinterpretation. It does not assert theoretical conclusions beyond what is explicitly documented in the accompanying data notes. How to use this archive Readers are encouraged to begin with the top-level README.md and Regime_Coverage_Matrix.md, then navigate individual regime folders of interest. All tables are provided in machine-readable formats.
