How seeds and growth dynamics influence plant size and yield: Integrating trait relationships into ontogeny

The "SeedGrowth" folder consists of three subfolders: The "data" subfolder contains all the input (raw) data. This includes the destructive data used to calibrate mass and area (harvest.xlsx) and the non-destructive data used to fit growth curves (monitoring.xlsx), as well as the yield data (yield.xlsx) with information on seed mass and reproductive output of each plant. The "script" subfolder contains an R file documenting the data preparation. The "output" subfolder contains the processed dataset used for statistical analyses.
