资源简介:
RNA-seq was used to identify basal and luminal subtypes in canine bladder cancer. In addition to larger gene-sets, a smaller panel of genes was developed to stratify canine samples into either basal or luminal subtype prospectively. Immune signature patterns were queried in basal and luminal subtypes. Canine normal urothelial cells (n=4) were compared to canine invasive urothelial carcinoma samples (n=29). DEGs were identified, and overlapping genes with those that predict basal and luminal subtypes in human breast cancer were used to identify the subtypes in canine tissues.
