Zusammenfassung Exemplarisch wird die klinische Behandlung eines Jugendlichen mit einer depressiven Episode dargestellt. Es werden inhaltliche und strukturelle Momente dieser Behandlung dargelegt. Der Behandlungsprozess wird über die leitlinienorientierten Standards hinaus als multimodales, multiprofessionelles Geschehen unter systemischen Blickwinkel betrachtet. Kasuistisch wird die Individualität eines Therapieprozesses vermittelt, die vom Behandlerteam hohe Professionalität und Kreativität erfordert. Structural aspects of the treatment were given. Treatment process is viewed as a multimodal, multiprofessional approach based on a systemic perspective. The uniqueness of the therapeutic process is outlined which makes highly professional and creative interventions necessary.
