MetaNetX

The MNXref namespace (the database for MetaNetX) is a comprehensive resource for the reconciliation and integration of metabolic information across diverse biochemical databases. MNXref integrates biochemical data from a broad range of resources, including ChEBI, KEGG, Rhea, BiGG, The SEED, and the recently added VHM. Each source is parsed, standardized, and mapped to MetaNetX identifiers through a combination of automated pipelines and manual curation.
