Daphnia magna acute toxicity of diclofenac at various conditions

<p>The results pertain to the exposure of cladocera Daphnia magna to diclofenac (DCF). The raw data represent the number of D. magna that became immobilized during the acute toxicity test (24 h and 48 h; the 48-hour data were used for the calculations). The calculated data represent the percentage of immobilized D. magna for each tested concentration. A prerequisite for passing the test: in the control group, the number of immobilized D. magna must not exceed 10 (the green values). Sheets 1, 2, 3, and 4 show different test conditions: 1. EE-Neo NF; 2. EE-Neo M4; 4. P-Neo NF; 5. P-Neo M4 (EE-Neo – D. magna from efipia; P-Neo – D. magna from a laboratory culture; M4 – synthetic grow medium according to OECD 202; NF – natural water).
