We investigated the role of PHF13 in TGFÃ-induced Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition and found PHF13 is essential for TGFÃ-promoted broadest H3K4me3 domains and super-enhancers activation. Overall design: Examination of H3K4me3, H3K27me3, and H3K27ac in PANC-1 cells in the following conditions: siControl, siControl+TGFb, siPHF13+TGFb.
