The MARSS-2025 dataset presents a rich and diverse collection of environmental and operational sensor data from a marine IoT deployment spanning the Oslofjord coastal region. This dataset has been collected by the Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA) and is part of ongoing efforts to enhance environmental monitoring and ensure the security and resilience of marine IoT systems in dynamic, biologically active waters. Key Features and Coverage Timestamps: Data points are captured every 5 minutes, covering a comprehensive period from January 1, 2019, to March 1, 2025. This fine-grained temporal resolution supports the analysis of short-term fluctuations and long-term trends. Location Data: The dataset includes latitude and longitude values to map sensor placement across the marine area, supporting geospatial analysis and spatial variability studies.
