This study investigates the transcriptional response of human HEK293T cells to Gemykibivirus infection. An infectious clone of Gemykibivirus was transfected into HEK293T cells, and total RNA was extracted 48 hours post-transfection. RNA sequencing was performed using the Illumina NovaSeq platform. Three biological replicates were included for both the virus-infected and control (mock-transfected) groups.
