Imbalances of gut barrier-microbiota crosstalk due to C-section delivery

The main goal of this study is to decipher the role of the early-life gut microbiota-barrier alterations linked to CSD on later-life risks of intestinal inflammation. Our results suggest that CSD-induced excessive exposure to a very diverse microbiota too early in life has consequences in the host homeostasis at short and long terms.
