Single cell RNA profiling data for H. Mangukiya, M. Skeppås et al. Reconstructing the Single-Cell Spatiotemporal Dynamics of Glioblastoma Invasion.

These two R data files contain single-cell RNA sequencing (10x Genomics) data from organotypic mouse brain slice cultures bearing grafted patient-derived glioblastoma cells. Samples were collected at 1, 3, and 6 days to enable longitudinal characterization of cellular composition and transcriptional states. Data are provided as Seurat objects, including both raw counts and SCTransform-normalized assays. Separate files correspond to the mouse (host microenvironment) and human (tumor) cell populations.
