This project provides the coral metagenome assembly of Siderastrea radians, common name lesser starlet coral. It contains the full unbinned assembly of Siderastrea radians and associated organisms plus the MAGs and bins derived from this assembly. The assembly is provided by the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics Project (https: //www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/).
