The LIFTED dataset is a high-resolution, household-level power consumption dataset created by the Illinois Institute of Technology. It contains detailed power usage information for a single apartment over a one-week period, including voltage, current, active power, and reactive power, with a sampling frequency of 50 Hz. This dataset was collected via a purpose-built hardware and software system, aiming to advance research in the field of non-intrusive load monitoring (NILM), particularly event detection and household appliance load modeling. The application scenarios of the LIFTED dataset cover event detection, anomaly detection, household appliance fault diagnosis, user behavior analysis, load disaggregation, and energy management, providing critical data support for addressing power consumption optimization problems.
