Industrial mushroom residue cow bedding: Analysis of microbial diversity and applications

Differences in the microbial diversity and physicochemical properties of mushroom residue and cow manure were studied to provide a theoretical basis for mushroom residue cow bedding. In this paper, high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the bacterial community compositions of mushroom residue and cow manure bedding and determine the physical and chemical properties of these different bedding materials.
