Phased T2T 1KGP panel - code and performance data

This repository contains all code and resources required to reproduce the panels and figures published as part of "A T2T-CHM13 recombination map and globally diverse haplotype reference panel improves phasing and imputation".

phasing_T2T_data.tar.gz contains a series of parquet files that together contain all dataframes generated when evaluating this panel.
