Identification of potential protein interaction candidates of MINCH in SGBS adipocytes using Thermal Proteome Profiling (TPP)

Here, we identified potential protein interaction partners of MINCH, as primary metabolite of the phthalate DEHP substitute DINCH, in the human SGBS adipocyte cell line. This study includes data on the thermal stability of proteins upon incubation of the cell lysates with 10 µM MINCH at day 4, an early, and day 12, the terminal day of adipocyte differentiation.
