This dataset was created to calculate greenhouse gas emissions and removals resulting from land use, land-use change and forestry (LULUCF) activities. It includes land use data for the years 1989, 1999, 2007, 2012, 2015 and 2018. These data have been compiled primarily to estimate land-use change.
The calculation method is based on a grid of points, with each point representing 0.25ha. Land use is determined by the allocation of the central point of the grid.
