The series consists of Health Commission child minding centre files registered by a single number system (each child minding centre is issued with a single number at the time of application). These files contain the following information: applications from private persons wishing to establish a child minding centre; plans of the proposed child minding centre; correspondence between the applicant and the Health Commission relative to the proposed child minding centre and inspector's reports and recommendations concerning the applications. All files relate to child minding centres which have been closed.
