资源简介:
This repository contains data ofcompression and bending tests on additively manufactured specimens made of polylactic acid (PLA), polycarbonate (PC), polyamide (PA) and polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified (PETG). The tests were conducted on a Zwick/Roell Z250 universal testing machine according to the technical standards ISO 178:2019 and ISO 604:2002. The experimental design considers a variation of layer height of the additive manufacturing method in 0.1 mm steps and a variation of number of walls within the interval {1;3;5} walls. All materials were printed with a solid infill (100%). The bending specimens were positioned in a way, so their cylindrical axis is along the z-axis of the 3D printer. The beam specimens for three-point bending were positioned flat on the bed of the 3D printer. Both assured load application perpendicular to the slicing layers. According to our experience, the force travel signals of the compression tests must be compensated by a machine stiffness of 99.056 kN/mm to obtain correct elastic behavior.
