Effect of a noval UHRF1-Targeted compound H93 on gene expression of DU145 prostate cancer cells.

To investigate the anti-tumor function of compound H93 in the development of prostate cancer, we treated DU145 cell lines with H93, SAHA or DMSO. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of cells after treatment. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for H93-treated DU145 cells and control (treated by SAHA or DMSO) with 3 replications each group.
