Large vision model supported tracking of high-density particles based on optical flow learning (raw data)

This is the official dataset of high-density particle tracking using a video flow-informed neural network (VFINN) that estimates dense optical flow without requiring ground-truth data. This dataset includes raw and processed .tif images of bovine serum albumin undergoing liquid–liquid phase separation, accompanied by particle coordinate data in .csv format.
