Whole genome sequencing of Salmonella enterica S8 strain

The whole-genome sequencing data and de novo genome assemble of AMR S. enterica strains S8 from the C. moschata carcass collected in Vietnam. Genomic DNA of S. enterica were extracted and subjected to whole-genome sequencing using Illumina MiSeq platform. The genome size of AMR S. enterica strain S8 is 4,707,459 bp with a GC-content of 52.38%, containing 10 antimicrobial resistance genes

越南出土的C. moschata尸体中分离出的抗药性肠杆菌S8菌株的基因组测序数据及其从头组装信息。采用Illumina MiSeq平台对肠杆菌S. enterica的基因组DNA进行提取，并进行全基因组测序。AMR S. enterica菌株S8的基因组大小为4,707,459碱基对，GC含量为52.38%，含有10个抗菌药物耐药基因。
